This is a role for a relationship-driven sales professional with a talent for creating opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering tailored fleet solutions backed by exceptional service.
About the Role n
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Handling inbound fleet enquiries promptly and professionally
n
Proactively seeking and securing new fleet business opportunities
n
Building and maintaining robust relationships with existing fleet clients
n
Developing strong connections with manufacturer fleet teams, corporate customers, and FMO partners
n
Supporting business growth initiatives and contributing ideas to expand our fleet footprint
n
n




You'll work as an integral part of a close-knit, supportive fleet team — with no weekend work and uncapped earning potential.
What We're Looking For n
We're after a confident, people-first sales consultant who thrives on results and client relationships. Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience in automotive sales (fleet sales experience highly regarded)
n
Strong initiative, business development skills, and a competitive, target-driven mindset
n
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
n
Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
n
A current NSW driver's licence
n
n
