The Role

Manage and further develop an established portfolio of individual, business and rural clients
n
Lead and support an experienced team
n
Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships
n
Oversee business operations, client service delivery and practice performance
n
Identify opportunities for growth and business development
n
Work closely with the current Principal during the transition period
n
Progress towards practice ownership, merger or partnership
n

About You
n
n
Experienced public practice accountant with strong Business Services and Taxation expertise
n
CA,



CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
n
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
n
Commercially minded with leadership and practice management capability
n
Interested in practice ownership, succession opportunities or expanding an existing firm
n
Motivated to establish a long-term presence within a regional community
n
