360 Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join a busy manufacturing workshop in the western Brisbane area. This is a long-term role offering consistent Monday–Friday hours, excellent pay rates, and a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities n
n
Fabrication, welding, and assembly of metal components
n
MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication work
n
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
n
Operating workshop machinery and hand and power tools
n
Assisting with general workshop tasks as required
n
Weekly pay

Supportive and well-established workshop
n
About you n
n
Fully qualified Boilermaker (Australian-recognised trade)
n
Strong MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
Mechanically minded and confident using workshop tools
n
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
n
Secure Monday–Friday hours
