Central Coast Local Health District invites motivated Casual Social Workers to join our Gosford, Woy Woy and Wyong inpatient teams. You will perform assessments, crisis management and brief interventions tailored to patients and their families within a busy hospital setting.
As part of the social work pool, you will work with multidisciplinary teams, support transitions through the healthcare system and access community services.
