IT Support Analyst
to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support to our people across the business.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping people and finding practical solutions to IT issues.
What you'll be doing n
n
Provide first and second-level IT support to internal employees
n
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues
n
Respond to and manage IT service requests through the service desk
n
Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment
n
Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications
n
Manage user access, accounts and permissions
n
Escalate more complex technical issues when required
n
Maintain accurate IT asset records and support documentation
n
Work with the wider IT team to improve systems, processes and the user experience
n
What we're looking for n
n
5+ years of experience in an IT support,



service desk or similar role
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
n
A proactive, organised approach with solid attention to detail
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
n
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded
n
