Key Responsibilities n

Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of global clients.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and high-volume hiring needs, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition objectives and provide strategic recommendations.

Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings to existing clients.

Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and best practices across different jurisdictions.

Requirements n

Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment consultancy , with significant experience in a leadership or management role.

Demonstrated success in managing remote recruitment teams and delivering global talent acquisition solutions.
n
Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning, talent market analysis, and employer branding.
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
n
Proficiency in various ATS, CRM systems, and advanced recruitment technologies.
n
Experience working across different geographical markets is highly valued for this role, supporting clients remotely from locations such as Queenstown .
