Job Description
Seeking an experienced
Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
with robust
P&C; Insurance Claims
expertise and experience across ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, upgrade or support projects.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Gather, analyze and document
business/functional
requirements
.
n
Conduct stakeholder workshops and create
user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria
.
n
Analyze claims processes and identify
improvement/automation
opportunities.
n
Work with Guidewire developers, architects, QA and product owners.
n
Support
Claim Lifecycle, FNOL, Exposure, Reserves, Assignment, Activities, Work Plans, Payments, Recoveries, Subrogation, Litigation & Contact Management
.
n
Analyze integration requirements with Guidewire and third-party systems.
n
Support
UAT, defect triage and business sign-off
.
n
Perform gap/impact analysis and maintain BRDs, process maps,



data mappings and test scenarios.
n
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.
n
Required Skills n
n
Strong
Guidewire ClaimCenter
experience;
2+ years preferred
.
n
Strong
P&C; Claims
knowledge across Personal & Commercial Lines.
n
Experience with claims adjudication, settlement,
recovery/subrogation,
litigation and compliance.
n
Strong BA skills: requirements, process modelling, user stories and stakeholder management.
n
SQL for data analysis and validation.
n
Understanding of
PolicyCenter & BillingCenter integrations
.
n
Guidewire Cloud experience is an advantage.
n
n
Guidewire ACE Certification – ClaimCenter BA or related stream highly preferred.
