SMASH REPAIR RECEPTIONIST/FRONT OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in providing excellent customer service and keeping the front office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Greeting customers and handling phone enquiries
Booking vehicles in for repairs and managing appointments
Liaising with customers, insurers and assessors
Preparing and processing paperwork and job cards
Updating customers on repair progress
General administration, data entry and filing
Supporting the workshop and management team with day-to-day tasks
About you
Friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently




Comfortable using computers and office systems
A valuable communicator with a positive attitude
Previous experience in smash repair, automotive, insurance or reception is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
