n Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 Base + Commission OTE: $60,000-$70,000

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Whether you already have recruiting experience or are looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is perfect for someone coming from customer service, sales, leadership, management, hospitality, banking, account management, education, or other people-focused roles who is ready for a skilled career with growth potential.
What You'll Do n
n
Connect with candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms
n
Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential candidates
n
Screen applicants and determine fit for open positions
n
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
n
Support new hire onboarding and employee experience initiatives
n
Partner with managers to help fill open positions, particularly within our growing Sales team
n
Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities in our systems
n
Learn recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
n

Recruiting, Sales, and/or Customer Service experience

Leadership or management experience

Experience using Zoom, CRMs, or Applicant Tracking Systems
