About the role

Dennis Transport is seeking an experienced Local Truck Driver to join their Wingfield SA operations. The role involves local deliveries and pick-ups, operating up-to-date heavy vehicles while providing reliable, safe and professional freight services to our customers. This casual position has the potential to become a full-time role.

Key responsibilities
Load and unload freight manually and/or using a forklift
Operate heavy vehicles and trailers
Complete all required freight, trip and compliance documentation accurately
Maintain communication with dispatch and operations teams
Deliver a high standard of customer service
Comply with all road rules, safety regulations, and company policies

About you
Valid Heavy Combination (HC), an unrestricted MC licence would be an advantage
Minimum 2 years' driving experience with current licence
Current High Risk Work Licence (LF - forklift) or willingness to obtain
Experience across a range of freight types would be ideal: general,



refrigerated and flat-top
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Have a valuable work ethic with attention to detail
Flexible availability for early starts
