Key Responsibilities
Maintenance coordination organise remediation tasks and keep workflows moving
Reception duties greet visitors, manage calls, inbox triage, booking appointments
Homeowner support manage enquiries and provide clear progress updates
Inspections & trade works arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade bookings
Team & trade liaison work with supervisors, internal teams and trade partners
Record keeping upload invoices,



quotes and reports accurately
Action tracking monitor outstanding items and escalate complex matters
General service admin phone/email enquiries, documentation, follow ups
