ECP Polyurethanes is an established Australian manufacturer known for supplying polyurethane-lined and steel-fabricated products to some of the world's largest mining operations. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in our work, and we're looking for a skilled fabricator to help strengthen our fabrication shop.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their craft and wants a secure position with the autonomy to make a real impact.
The Role n
We are currently looking for either a Boliermaker / Sheet metal fabricator / Machinist.
What a typical day looks like (depends on applicants experiece) n
n
Work from drawings and schedules to complete fabrication tasks independently
n
Perform sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
n
Carry out structural and pipe fabrication where required (experience dependent)
n
Operate workshop machinery, including lathes, mills, and general fabrication equipment
n
Inspect your work and maintain quality standards
n
Identify process improvements and raise them with the team
n
What We're Looking For Boiler maker: n
n
At least 2 years of hands-on fabrication experience
n
Confident and competent with GMAW/GTAW
n
Machinist:



n
n
Basic machining experience with a lathe, mill, or similar equipment (trade qualified not required)
n
General: n
n
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
n
Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
n
