Role Summary: n
As our Retail Manager, you will be the heart of our Mareeba store, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining retail excellence, and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community.
What You'll Do: n
n
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
n
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
n
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to keep products available for customers
n
Implement promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and sales
n
Conduct staff training to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and team performance
n




Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain the highest satisfaction levels
n
Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify growth opportunities
n
Ensure the store is visually appealing and delivers the signature Priceline experience
n
What We're Looking For: n

Previous management experience - ideally in a retail setting
n
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
n
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
n
A genuine passion for the pharmacy industry and commitment to putting people first
