Everyday Independence in Perth/ Rockingham is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 with disability.
You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team, plan NDIS funded therapy packages, assess and intervene to help clients achieve education, personal, social, and work goals, and work across homes, schools, and community settings while billing sessions via the online system.
