Central Adelaide Local Health Network invites applications for the Co‐Nurse Unit Manager role at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Lead South 2, a 36‐bed acute surgical ward, coordinating patient flow, staffing and budgets to deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based care in a fast‐paced environment.
You will lead nursing and multidisciplinary teams, foster a positive, cooperative culture, develop staff through coaching and feedback, and drive safety and risk management across the unit.
