, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Enrolled Nurse
to join our aged care team on a casual basis.
n
This position offers the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a supportive and committed team.
About the Role n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
n
Your day will include:
n

Supporting resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
n
Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
Maintaining clear, accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
Contributing to resident care planning, reviews and evaluations.
n
Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
n
Working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader care team.
n
Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity and compassion.
n

Is reliable and committed to the
fixed fortnightly roster outlined above

Essential Requirements n
n
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
Knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
n
Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.
n
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n
Understanding of the
Aged Care Quality Standards
and relevant regulatory requirements.
n
