Mitran Da Dhaba Blacktown seeks a Specialist North Indian Chef for a temporary engagement to provide expert culinary guidance, develop Dhaba‐style menus and lead structured training for the existing kitchen team.

The role focuses on authentic North Indian dishes, traditional techniques, menu experimentation, and knowledge transfer to Australian-based chefs and cooks, with a 38‐hour week in a busy Dhaba workplace.
