We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partner
who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and brings a structured, outcomes-driven approach to recruitment. This is an opportunity to partner closely with leaders across the business, delivering best-in-class hiring outcomes at pace while contributing to a broader transformation of our talent function.
What your day looks like
n
n
Manage
end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles
, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience at scale
n
Apply a
methodical, process-driven approach
to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in quick-moving environments
n
Partner with stakeholders to run
targeted recruitment campaigns
, from attraction strategy through to offer
n
Build capability across the business by
advising leaders on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practice recruitment approaches
n
Balance volume recruitment with
corporate (knowledge worker) hiring
, demonstrating agility across different role types
n
Leverage data, insights, and recruitment tools to
optimise hiring performance and continuously improve processes
n
Collaborate within the broader TA team to support
team priorities, initiatives, and EVP-driven attraction strategies
n
What you'll need to Thrive
n

Demonstrated experience in a




high-volume recruitment environment
, with a proven ability to deliver at pace
n
A
methodical, structured mindset
—you bring discipline to your approach and thrive on process, efficiency, and continuous improvement
n
Experience recruiting within an
in-house Talent Acquisition team
n
Capability, or a genuine interest, in recruiting
knowledge worker/corporate roles
alongside volume hiring
n
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
influence and partner with leaders at all levels
n
Experience running
individual recruitment campaigns
, including attraction strategy and market engagement
n
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to
adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
n

Experience in retail recruitment is highly regarded, but not essential.
