Beach Hotel Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team in Byron Bay.
This hands-on role combines leadership with practical cooking responsibilities to keep a busy kitchen running smoothly.
You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead a large team through peak service, contribute to menu development, and manage stock, costs and quality across multiple sections.
