About the Role n
MSS Security is seeking a
Full-Time Security Officer
to join our team at a secure site located in
Myambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley region)
. This role operates on a
24/7 rotating roster
, therefore
full availability
across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
n
The position offers
$***** p/hr + superannuation + applicable shift loadings
, with
relocation incentives available
for candidates moving to the area.
n
Due to the nature of the site, applicants
must hold a current NV1 security clearance
.
n Successful candidates will receive
paid ongoing training
, including site-specific training as required.

Key Responsibilities n
Duties include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of the site
n
Monitoring and responding to security and safety risks
n
Providing a professional security presence
n
Incident response and escalation as required
n
Monitoring CCTV systems and alarms
n
Completing accurate reports, logs, and records
n
Onsite risk mitigation and compliance with procedures
n
Skills and Qualifications n
n
Certificate II in Security Operations
n
Valid NSW Security Licence
n
Current NV1 Security Clearance (Must Have)
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Ability to work under pressure and remain alert
n
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
n
Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
n
Master Licence Number: n
