SOMA by Lorna Jane in the Byron Bay hinterland seeks a Retreat Operations Coordinator to own Facilities & Stock Management across a pristine retreat property.
You'll ensure spaces are ready for each retreat, manage stock and invoices, and host guests, while coordinating with a second Coordinator for events and project work.
You'll be hands-on, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, comfortable managing competing priorities, after-hours touchpoints, and helping with venue bookings when needed.
