South East Water is seeking an experienced Head of Safety & Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide safety, wellbeing and risk strategy. You will report to the General Manager People, Safety & Governance and shape leadership accountability for safety performance.
You will drive the Safety & Wellbeing function, embedding safety systems, improving critical risk controls, and enhancing contractor safety across operations while delivering insightful reports to the board and executives.
