Temp Administrator | Wetherill Park | 2 months, immediate start
A large organisation in Wetherill Park needs an experienced administrator to join their team for two months initially while they manage a seasonal increase in work.

You'll work closely with one of the team's HR advisors, who'll set your priorities each week. There's plenty to do, so you'll be busy from your first day.

What you'll do
Keep trackers and reports up to date, including the ones that feed into team meeting notes
Update employee records and system access for things like fleet cars, contract and visa end dates, and staff benefit programs
Help run service recognition catch-ups by printing and collating material and organising service pins
Maintain organisational charts
Complete a compliance file audit for the NSW site
Draft letters from templates and look after electronic personnel records and position descriptions
Data entry,



document management and general admin as needed

What you'll bring
Experience in an office admin or reception role. Reception, office administration and similar backgrounds all fit well
Solid Excel skills, and you're comfortable in Word, Outlook and Teams
Valuable judgement with confidential information
Transparent, professional emails, and you're happy to pick up the phone
You like being busy, and you'll ask for more work if you finish early

The details
2-month assignment, with the possibility of extending
Full time, office hours, Monday to Friday
Fully on site for the first few weeks
$37.50 per hour + superannuation
Free on-site parking. You'll need your own car to get there
Available to start immediately
