The Reject Shop in Ipswich is seeking an Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead the team on the floor and work closely with the Store Manager. You will be on the shop floor, manage service standards, and learn every aspect of running a store to progress to Store Manager.

You’ll enjoy a Sunday-free schedule, no Sunday hours, and a transparent growth path within a growing discount retailer, with a base hourly rate and overtime structure to support development.
