We are looking for an approachable and proactive
Customer Care Consultant
to provide phenomenal service within our Broken Hill Trade Store!
n
Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email. You'll be crucial in delivering a fantastic customer service experience and helping keep our store in order.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
n
Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
n
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
n
Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate will have
n
n
Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is highly regarded.
n
Positive and transparent customer service manner - both verbally and over email.
n
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
n
Work well both autonomously and in a small team environment.
n
n
Previous experience to industrial sales/trade stores is highly regarded but not required for success in this role.
