What you will have: n

Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen workplace.
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n

All staff must have to be willing to obtain a Food Safety Certificate and FOH staff must have or be willing to obtain a NSW RSA. All labourers must have a valid white card.
