We're looking for a dedicated risk officer who is passionate about workplace safety and promoting a proactive risk culture.
n
In this role, you'll support the identification, assessment, and management of risks and opportunities across the organisation, helping to enable informed decision-making. You will work closely with managers and staff to identify and manage risks, improve workplace safety practices, and support the development of a strong and positive safety culture.

Permanent full time

Monthly RDO accrual available
n
Located at the Port Fairy office with regular travel to other work sites as required.

Qualifications n
n
Employee working with children check
n
Current Victorian driver licence
n
Completed, or be prepared to complete the occupational health and safety five-day training course;
n
Completed, or be prepared to complete the RTW Coordinator course (two days)
n




Incident Investigation or be prepared to complete an Incident Investigation course (one day)
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n
Key selection criteria 1 n
High level customer service skills and good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Key selection criteria 2 n
Excellent Microsoft suite experience
Key selection criteria 3 n
Proven ability to work generally unsupervised and cooperatively as part of a team.
