Your Role as a Career Advocate:

As a Career Advocate, you will be a vital part of someone's employment journey. Working closely with clients in the Workforce Australia program, you will:
n
n
Build strong, supportive relationships to understand individual goals, challenges and barriers
n
Celebrate progress and achievements, big and small
n
Identify and address barriers to sustainable employment
n
Connect clients with training, support services, and job opportunities
n
Empower people to take control of their future and thrive in the workforce
n
n

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
n

Organised, reliable, and committed to meeting compliance requirements
n
n
Previous experience in employment services, case management, community services, or training is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.

To Be Considered, You Will Need To:

Have full Australian working rights
n
Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
n
Have (or be able to pass) a Working with Children Check
n
Have (or be willing to set up) a MyGovID account
