We are currently seeking an experienced
Administration Officer
to join a well-established government team based in Balcatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with records, processing documentation, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Maintain and update customer and property records
n
Ad hoc admin duties
n
Process applications, transactions, and administrative documentation
n
Respond to enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
n
Liaise with customers, government authorities, and external stakeholders
n
Investigate and reconcile record discrepancies
n
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
n
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team objectives
n
About You n
n
Previous experience in administration, records management, data entry, customer accounts, or office support




n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
n
A professional, customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively
n
