Job Description
Minor Hotels' Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a casual basis. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene while supporting daily kitchen operations.

The role offers flexible shifts with part-time or full-time options, a rotating roster, and opportunities to contribute to recent menu ideas alongside the Head Chef.
