Plant Operator
to join our well-established production crew based at
Bajool, QLD
.

Reporting to the
Site Supervisor
, the Plant Operator plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production operation. This is a
hands-on, physically demanding role
, working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Assist with the safe and efficient delivery of day-to-day production services
n
Loading and transfer of the products
n
Handling and use of chemicals in accordance with procedures and legislation
n
Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping
n
Working collaboratively as part of a site-based production crew
n
Adhering to all company, site, and regulatory requirements
n
About You n
n

Able to work Monday to Friday from 06:00am - 02:00pm with occasional extra working hours including occasional Saturdays.

Willingness to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

Licences & Requirements n
Ideally, you will hold or be willing to obtain:
n

Open Driver's Licence (essential)
n
Police Clearance Certificate (essential)
n
Must hold Forklift High Risk Work (HRW) License with experience operating forklifts and working within a manufacturing
environment(essential)
n
n
Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants must be able to:

Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
n
Meet all ongoing compliance and clearance requirements
