4WD Supacentre is seeking a Retail Sales Training Specialist to shape store success by building winning sales teams and embedding our sales culture across existing stores and the Recent Store Rollout Program.
You will travel to stores, lead host store engagements and support critical early trading phases.
You'll develop induction programs, product knowledge, sales techniques and customer experience training, ensuring teams deliver consistent, outstanding results across the network.
