Central Highlands Rural Health Service in Victoria is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a casual/temporary position. You will join our clinical services team to provide a holistic pharmacy service for inpatients and outpatients, ensuring care complies with qualified standards and legislation.
You will work with clinicians across disciplines to optimise patient outcomes, contribute to cost-effective and patient-centred services, and support operational delivery across CHRH.
