The Opportunity /n

We’re seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a rapid-paced environment.

Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office. Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance

/n
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands

/n
Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for current starters

/n
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies

/n
Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding

/n




Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; Manager

/n
Provide reporting and general HR support as required

/n

About You /n

/n
Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment

/n
High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n
Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure

/n
Experience with SAP Success Factors (highly regarded)

/n
Working knowledge of employment legislation

/n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)

/n
Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting

/n
