Bar & Front of House | The Lodge Little Collins
We are looking for energetic front of house and bar professionals to strengthen our team across all levels of our Little Collins flagship.
You will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within both The Lodge Dining Room and the Cellar & Wine Bar, learning from our experienced team to develop your skills and choose your own career pathway in hospitality.
The most important thing we look for is an excitement to be part of the action, to be ready to learn, and always wanting to make our guest's feel special!
As we plan for the summer season, we welcome applications for all casual, full or part-time opportunities, including shorter term summer positions on the bar or on the floor.
To be successful in this role you will need:
a minimum of 2 year experience in a busy restaurant environment
a warm and personable character, with a genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant service
weekend availability; our restaurants are open lunch & dinner Tuesday through to Saturday
to resonate with our core values - Pride, Loyalty, Honesty and Playfulness
excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
excellent communication and ability to work within a team
a commitment to your own professional growth
