Process Worker | Braeside | Full-Time Day Shift

THE DETAILS
Employment type:Full-time
Roster:7 shifts per fortnight
Hours:Day shift, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Weekends:You'll need to be available every second weekend
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Process Worker, you'll be hands‐on in the heart of our bakery, helping turn quality ingredients into products people across Australia enjoy every day.
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll work across different areas of production and packaging, pick up new skills on a range of machines, and be part of a team that looks out for each other.
What you'll be doing
Supporting production across different areas of the factory floor
Operating and assisting with machinery in various departments
Carrying out manual handling tasks
Keeping food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards high at all times (including BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program)
ABOUT YOU
You're reliable, motivated and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done.
You'll also bring:
Experience in food manufacturing




Experience working with live product such as dough or other active ingredients
The ability to stay focused and work well in a fast‐paced workplace
A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirements
Confidence using iPads or other digital tools for data entry
A willingness to follow instructions and support your teammates
This is an active, physically demanding role.
You'll be on your feet, lifting and moving throughout 12‐hour shifts, so you'll need good fitness and stamina.

If you're selected for an interview, you'll complete a Literacy and Numeracy Test.
