We're looking for a compassionate and capable Personal Care Assistant to join our team and help elevate the everyday lives of our residents.
About the Role
This is more than routine care it's about connection, dignity, and impact.
You'll deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned with our values, supporting residents to live with independence, comfort, and respect.
Your day will include:
Supporting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Assisting with meals, mobility, communication, and daily living activities
Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
Supporting medication assistance in line with care plans (where qualified)
Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
Ensuring dignity, privacy, and residents' rights are always upheld

About You:
You're someone who genuinely cares — and it shows in how you work.
A solid commitment to making a difference in people's lives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to follow care plans and clinical direction accurately
Strong documentation and reporting capability
An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and resident rights
A team-first mindset with a proactive approach
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Medication competency (HLTHPS007 – Administer & Monitor Medications)
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights
