Garden House Hospice Care in Hitchin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bancroft store, one of eleven charity shops funding our wellbeing and palliative care services.

You will support the Store Manager in day‐to‐day operations, drive sales, uphold high retail standards, support volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role deputises for the Store Manager, maximises income including Gift Aid, and requires following policies, procedures and safety requirements.
