Job Description
Tresillian Tweed invites applications for an Aboriginal Health Worker to support families with early parenting needs.
The role will be based in Tweed with a mobile 2U service, providing individual and group sessions, and outreach to surrounding communities.
The AHW will liaise with health professionals to ensure culturally secure services for Aboriginal children aged 0-3 and their families, with opportunities to collaborate with Elders and community networks.
