You'll oversee treatment processes, coordinate maintenance activities, support team capability, and contribute to the performance and reliability of our wastewater treatment facilities.
Key responsibilities n

As a Wastewater Treatment Team Leader you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant wastewater treatment services that protect public health and the environment.
n
Lead and coordinate day- to -day wastewater treatment operations to meet environmental, regulatory and service objectives.
n
Monitor and optimise treatment processes, respond to operational issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain plant reliability and compliance.
n
Coordinate chemical procurement, handling and dosing, ensuring secure and compliant use.
n
What you need n
n
Class C or CA driver licence.
n
Demonstrated experience in wastewater treatment operations, maintenance and process optimisation.
n
Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop staff to achieve operational outcomes.
n
