Job Description
Key responsibilities n
Translate complex business and marketing requirements into transparent, developer-ready Jira stories and acceptance criteria
n
Manage Jira backlog and deliver in Agile environments
n
Use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for requirements gathering, documentation, backlog grooming and ticket creation
About you n
4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
n
Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
n
Strong Jira backlog management and Agile delivery experience
n
Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into well-defined stories and acceptance criteria
n
Proven use of AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis, documentation and delivery
n
