This is a low-maturity environment, so there's plenty of work to sink your teeth into, including UIRs and general GRC work across the board.

It suits someone who doesn't mind the difficulty that comes with the lower end of maturity, and who has set up automated documentation processes before to help drive that kind of change.

Apply Governance, Risk and Compliance with a practical, commercially-minded approach
n
Put the business first and make sensible trade-offs rather than chasing box-ticking
n
Handle UIRs and broad GRC responsibilities day to day
n
Work primarily within the ISO***** framework
n
Bring a strong interest in cyber security
n
Relevant certifications highly regarded
n

Build out the controls library from the ground up
n
Work across SCF and SOC 2 Type II frameworks alongside ISO*****
n
Get stuck into a fair-sized backlog
n
Access AI tools to support the work
n

Hybrid role (2-3 days in office vs home)

Contract details n
n
Day rate contract starting for the rest of the year.
n
Strong likelihood of extension to 15 months (already in approval process).
