Food & Beverage Supervisor / Front of House Team Leader

nThe Role n

, this leadership position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys mentoring teams while delivering exceptional service.

nKey Responsibilities n
n
n
n
Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service.
n
n
Support the Guest Services Team in delivering efficient check in and check out experiences as well as answering general guest enquiries.
n
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
n
n
Assist with restaurant setup, presentation, and operational standards.
n
n




Take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
n
n
Coordinate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
n
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
n
n
Undertake ordering of stock and monthly stocktakes.
n
n
Assist with team training and development where required.
n
n
n
nWhat We're Looking For n
n
n
n
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory role.
n
n
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
n
n
Wine, cocktail, and fine dining knowledge highly regarded.
n
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
n
A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
n
n
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy service setting.
n
n
Current RSA certification and Food Handling Certificate.
n
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
