This is a mature People & Culture environment where specialist teams handle the transactional work, leaving you free to focus on strategic partnering, leadership coaching and driving real business outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Proven senior People Partner experience within a high performing environment
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence skills




Ability to challenge leaders constructively and build credibility quickly
Experience leading talent, succession and performance conversations
Confident workshop facilitation and leadership coaching capability
A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
