Lead from the Front:
Keep our Bar, Café and Restaurant operations running smoothly while creating a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Motivate & Develop:
Lead, coach and support your team to build confidence, capability and great service skills.
Deliver Great Service:
Set the standard for outstanding customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed.
Keep the Team Engaged:




Help create a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel part of the team.
Work with Leadership:
Partner with your onsite leadership team to help drive the success of the Club.
Safety First:
Help maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for both our team and guests.
About You

You're approachable, confident and professional.
You have experience leading and motivating a team.
You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You're a hands-on team player who isn't afraid to jump in and get involved.
You have experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage workplace.
You're comfortable using POS and food and beverage systems.
You have the leadership skills to coach and mentor a diverse team.
You hold, or are willing to obtain, an
RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate
.
