A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Team Member: n
n
Picking, Packing & Dispatching:
Fulfill orders to a high standard and achieve excellent pick rates.
n
Stock Control:
Assist with receiving inbound goods, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
n
Stock Integrity:
Work alongside the team to maintain stock accuracy through replenishment, expiry date checks, and regular stock takes.
n
Loading & Unloading:
Efficiently load and unload courier trucks.
n
Workplace Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe work setting and contribute to daily housekeeping tasks.
n
General Warehouse Duties:
Support with various tasks as directed by the team leader.
n
Shifts Available n
n
n
AM Shift:
7.30am - 4.30pm
n
What We're Looking For n
n
n
Experience:
Previous experience in a pick-packer role in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
n




Motivation & Reliability:
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Physical Fitness:
Ability to consistently lift and carry stock (up to 20kg).
n
Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
n
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work collaboratively.
n
Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work conditions.
n
Health & Safety:
A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
