The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the analytical, operational and systems capability of the Finance function. This is a hands‐on role that combines accounting expertise with finance systems, process improvement and automation.
Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting while continuously improving the systems, processes and technology that underpin the finance function. Taking ownership of NetSuite, identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise processes and leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance.
Position Overview
The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the analytical, operational and systems capability of the Finance function. This is a hands‐on role that combines accounting expertise with finance systems, process improvement and automation.
Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting while continuously improving the systems, processes and technology that underpin the finance function. Taking ownership of NetSuite, identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise processes and leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the internal NetSuite point of contact, overseeing system optimisation, configuration, enhancements and user adoption.
Improve the NetSuite and Prospend environment across multiple entities, ensuring systems are aligned with business requirements and finance processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline, and automate finance processes across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Accounting.
Lead the design and implementation of workflows,



reducing manual intervention, duplication and reliance on system workarounds.
Develop and maintain a finance systems and automation roadmap, prioritising initiatives that deliver measurable productivity, efficiency and cost benefits.
Improve finance reporting, dashboards and data visibility to enable faster and better‐informed business decisions.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analysis, including analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
Support the month‐end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Own the 12‐month rolling cash flow forecast, updating actuals and forecasts on a weekly basis.
Support the reconciliation and review of intercompany balances and transactions across entities.
Manage the Accounts Payable function end‐to‐end, including invoice processing, approvals, supplier payments and process controls.
Build strong relationships across Finance and Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into practical finance and systems solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems, processes and technologies.
Communicate financial and operational insights clearly to both finance and non‐finance stakeholders.
About You
CA or CPA qualified, with management accounting and financial reporting experience.
Experience working with
NetSuite
, ideally in a finance systems, ERP optimisation, transformation or continuous improvement capacity.
Understanding of core finance processes, including AP, AR, month‐end, financial accounting and management reporting.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into practical process improvements and automation opportunities.
Robust analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insights.
