In Jan '22, we opened Gage Roads Freo, our **** capacity brewpub, located in the Fremantle Port, on the Walyalup Waterfront. Perfectly perched on right on the harbour, our venue overlooks the channel of water that originally inspired our name.

nAbout The Role n
n




Gage Roads Freo is one of Perth's busiest hospitality venues, a working craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront with capacity for 1,500 guests, open all-day, seven days a week. This is a high-volume kitchen that demands consistency, speed, and pride in output.

You'll own the pizza section. Hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant. You'll lead and mentor your assistant/s, contributing to a robust team culture across kitchen and FOH.
