We deliver local council infrastructure across Melbourne's South-East—road reconstructions, streetscapes, drainage, kerb & channel, footpaths, crossovers, carparks and hardscapes.

The Role
We're looking for aCivil Labourer—ideally a labourer with civil construction/ landscaping experience, and who's comfortable jumping in a truck when needed.
This role is hands‐on and wide-ranging:council road recon works + tandem tipper driving.
HR licence is ideal, but not essential—we can help the right person obtain it.
What You'll Be Doing
Civil labouring on council road reconstruction sites
Concreting to spec and neat finishes:footpaths, crossovers, kerb & channel.Ideal, but not essential
General civil tasks (site prep, levels support,backfill/compaction,clean‐up)
Driving tandem tippers(carting materials, spoil, shifting gear between sites)
Use tools and small plant (cut‐off saws, compactors, breakers, etc.)




Work with the Foreman to hit daily targets and keep sites safe and tidy
What We're Looking For
Must have:
Civil construction experience (local council roadworks/road recon preferred)
White Card + driver's licence
Reliable, hard‐working, team‐first attitude
Pride in quality
Strongly preferred:
Experience incivil construction/ landscaping
Experience drivingtandem tippers(or confidence to learn quickly)
HR licence (ideal) — or willingness to obtain (we can support the right candidate)
Bonus (not essential):
Asphalting, concreting, Plant tickets (skid steer/excavator), roller tickets, traffic management
