Job Description
BHDC Ltd in Beenleigh Logan QLD seeks a Kinship and Foster Care Cultural Support Worker to deliver culturally appropriate services to clients, with support from the Operations Manager and KFC Leaders.
Duties include fostering case management for carers, attending meetings and home visits, supporting carers to meet the Standards of Care, delivering training, advocacy, recruitment of kinship and foster carers, and ensuring notes and documents are up to date.
